NO, I will not leave downloads to where you get MMD and MME.
You should be able to know how to do that yourself.

1) The effect is not working for me! O_O
It's either
A) You do not have the latest version of the MME system or the MME itself.
B) Your graphics card is unable to handle it and won't work until it's upgraded.

2) Just curious, what shader did you use on your models?
I used dDarkShader.

3) There are other tabs seen in the window.  What do those do?
I never really touch them because they're not necessary.
But from what I notice
1) The "WF_EmitterRT" tab doesn't do anything for me.  Least...that's what I see anyway.  Perhaps if I loaded more stuff, there might be something different.
2) The "FloorXShadowRT" tab is for IF you use the TX_Flow MME by Touko-P.  When you do, this tab allows you to manipulate whether you want those "X" to appear at their feet or not.
